1、 Product Overview:
The principle of the OW series scraper flowmeter is to generate a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the flowmeter when the measured fluid flows in from the inlet of the flowmeter. This pressure difference drives the scraper and rotor to rotate, and a certain amount of fluid is discharged from each rotation of the rotor. The instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate are obtained by calculating the number of rotations of the rotor. The scraper flowmeter produced by our company is mainly used to measure the total amount of liquid flowing through closed pipelines.
2、 Characteristics of scraper flowmeter:
1. High measurement accuracy, wide flow range, and good repeatability.
2. Smooth rotation, no pressure fluctuations or vibrations in the fluid inside the pipeline.
3. The accuracy is less affected by changes in the viscosity of the measured medium.
4. The single shell structure is simple, small in size and light in weight, while the double shell structure avoids deformation of the measuring chamber due to high pressure, ensuring measurement accuracy.
5. Various counters and transmitters can be equipped as needed to achieve local indication or remote transmission of electrical signals.
6. The fluid state does not affect the measurement accuracy, and there is no need for straight pipe sections before and after the flowmeter, reducing land occupation and costs.
